OUR JUSTICE TEAM

Becoming a part of our justice team!

We are looking for people who are called by Christ to love the lost, heal the broken-hearted, make a difference in the lives of others, and assist in redeeming lives.

Our Justice team will be a coordinated group of professionals who work in rescue, care, and management of all cases of abuse women and children.


Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are not currently receiving mission teams. Once it is safe, most likely in 2021, we will add a page with information regarding scheduling teams, etc.

ASST. ADMIN./PROJECTS


Position Available – Seeking a person who is interested in long-term missions, fluent in Spanish, experience in Microsoft Office, social, and organized. This position will coordinate and execute projects and attend to the public. Reports directly to the president.

VICTIM’S ADVOCATE


Position Available – Seeking a person who is interested in long-term missions, fluent in Spanish, great with computers, outgoing, social, and highly organized. This position will care for victims, accompany them to forensic exams and court, supervise their cases, and assist with whatever needs they or the authorities have. Reports directly to the Justice Champion.

EDUCATORS (3)


Positions Available – Seeking three persons who are interested in long-term missions, fluent in Spanish, experienced in Microsoft Office, organized, and social. This position will be responsible for coordinating and executing the parenting school and all training events and campaigns. Reports directly to the president.

INTAKE SPECIALISTS (3)


Positions Available – Seeking a person who is interested in long-term missions, fluent in Spanish, great with computers, outgoing, social, and highly organized. This position will receive all victims, comfort them in crisis, take pertinent data, manage case files, refer for needed assistance and assist with whatever needs they or the authorities have. Reports directly to the Justice Champion.

JUSTICE CHAMPION


Position Available – Seeking a person who is interested in long-term missions, fluent in Spanish, has experience with justice work and administration background. This position will supervise the Justice Project, manage events, meet with leaders and travel when necessary. Reports directly to the president.

SOCIAL WORKER


Position Available – Seeking a person who is interested in long-term missions, fluent in Spanish, great with computers, outgoing, social, and highly organized. This position has a minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree in social work. Responsibilities will include supervising all case management, meeting with clients, and filing reports with the government. Reports directly to the Justice Champion.

MEDIA SPECIALIST


Position Available – Seeking a person who is interested in long-term missions, fluent in Spanish, experienced in computers, websites, graphic design, and video and audio programs. This position will maintain our media (website, twitter, etc.), produce and edit our videos and radio programs, and manage our Justice Library. Reports directly to the president.

PASTORAL POSITION


Position Available – Seeking a person who is interested in long-term missions, fluent in Spanish, organized, social, and able to attend to the public. This position requires a degree in pastoral care. Reports directly to the president.

PSYCHOLOGIST


Position Available – Seeking a person who is interested in long-term missions, fluent in Spanish, great with computers, outgoing, social, and highly organized. This position has a minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree in psychology and certification in counseling. Responsibilities include coordinating psychological services for all of our clients in the Home and Refuge. Also, supervising and consulting our client support groups and parenting classes . Reports directly to the Justice Champion.

OTHER INFORMATION


All missionaries must fund raise their in-country costs, health insurance, salaries, visa and residency fees, and international travel expenses.
